You may not have heard of Advertising Week, commonly referred to as the Lollapalooza of marketing and media. This week long event in New York dives into all thing marketing and media, but this year brought with it a wealth of data illustrating the growing mobile reach of social platforms like Google, Snapchat, Instagram and of course Facebook.
As you can expect there was no shortage of numbers revealed during the event, most of which confirmed what we already know. It was probably said best by Carolyn Everson, Facebook’s vp of global marketing solutions. “The shift to mobile, has already happened.”
